Login Link Opened in Browser
It looks like the sign-in link was opened in your web browser instead of the AXTRO Fit app. This can happen due to your phone's settings.
Please try the troubleshooting steps below to log in successfully.
Troubleshooting Guide
For iOS Users:
- Long-press the link: Instead of tapping the link in your email, press and hold it. A menu should appear with an option to "Open in AXTRO Fit".
- Check your Default Browser: If you are using a third-party email client (like Gmail), ensure your default browser is set to Safari (Settings → [Your Email App] → Default Browser App).
- Ensure the app is installed: Make sure you have the latest version of the AXTRO Fit app installed from the App Store.
For Android Users:
Some phone manufacturers use aggressive battery-saving settings that can prevent apps from opening links correctly. Here’s how to fix it:
- For Xiaomi (MIUI) Users: Go to your phone's Security app → Permissions → Autostart. Find AXTRO Fit and turn the switch ON. Then, go to Settings → Battery & performance → App battery saver, select AXTRO Fit and choose "No restrictions".
- For Oppo (ColorOS) Users: Go to Settings → App management → AXTRO Fit. Tap on Battery usage and enable the option to "Allow background activity".
- For Other Android Devices: Go to Settings → Apps → AXTRO Fit → Open by default. Ensure "Open supported links" is enabled.
After changing these settings, please go back to your email and click the login link again.
